All-District Support
Your donation goes to support all aspects of Downtown Walnut Ridge, including mini-grants to preserve buildings and provide beautification, general operating funds, as well as educational sessions available through the Arkansas Downtown Network about issues facing historic commercial districts.
Music Heritage
This donation supports special projects planned for the downtown historic district that seek to preserve the musical heritage of the region, including the Guitar Walk showcasing early blues and rockabilly musicians who performed in Walnut Ridge as part of itineraries through the mid-south at the time of the "birth of rock and roll," and a memorial downtown of the Beatles commemorating the British pop group's arrival at the Walnut Ridge airport en route to an Ozark vacation. These projects are part of the state's historic "Rock & Roll Highway 67."
